As you are no doubt already aware, BioWare Base is right across the street from Comic-Con, and is where BioWare is showcasing Mass Effect 3 and SWTOR. Prominently displayed at the Base was a mysterious figure, covered in a dark shroud. During the ceremonies this weekend, BioWare’s own David Bass unveiled this mysterious character for all to see. It turned out to be none other than Darth Malgus, the super nasty uber bad guy of the SWTOR universe.
Below is a gallery of the unveiling. The statue itself is impressive, both from a distance and up close. The detail is excellent, and it captures the subjects aura nicely. In fact, the statue essentially oozes Malgus’ malevolence. It was impressively created by Sideshow Collectibles.

I have to say, I’ve been waiting for some pictures of David! He’s as elusive as that Imperial Agent camera mann in all the cinematic trailers
You guys are simply ridiculous and that is why I love this site.
Pic 6 was to FUNNY!! I’m still laughing as I am typing…. lol You ball troll… lol
Haha, i bet it took roughly 10 seconds before someone started touching his neverregions :p
I watched the live feed for the unveiling, it was definitely comical seeing the veil get stuck, it pulling malgus’ hood down and messing up his cape, then the unveilers walking off, only to look back and rush in trying to sort Malgus’ gear out :p
nice. And confirmed what I suspected about you two flamboyant hosts
but seriously though, why the lilac filter?
[...] Yes I believe my bosses were quite impressed by that statue too! [...]
