KL Rules
This is a great cause! I would probably caution KL though that, even though they state they are a 501(c)(3), that a raffle is a game of chance and almost all states have different laws regrading how a non-profit can conduct a charity raffle.
Also I wasn’t able to find them in the Federal Governments list of charitable organizations. http://www.irs.gov/app/pub-78/
Nevertheless good luck to them.
