BioWare are holding a second Star Wars The Old Republic Fan Summit and TORWars has been invited to attend. Jeff Hollis and myself will be winging our way to the offices of BioWare Austin next weekend for a three-day visit, November 6-8.
While there we should get our hands on the game and chat with developers and find out what’s hot and new in the fabled land of SWTOR. This is an especially exciting time to visit BioWare as the developers will be hard at work (crunch-time ahoy!) trying to get the MMO out the door to the eager millions.
BioWare graciously invited TORWars to the first Fan Summit back in April and Jeff and I had a blast playing SWTOR for many hours and talking, eating and drinking (oh my) with the dev team. Rest assured we will soak up all the juicy info we can and will report back from the event and after we return.
If you’ve been part of the TORWars community since the Spring you may remember some of our Fan Summit coverage from a half a year back. Have a look below for a general idea (and only a small sampling) of what to expect from us. Big thanks go out to BioWare and EA for the new opportunity!

My birthday is two days before this, so make sure you enjoy the hell out of it!
I don’t know how the two are connected, but that’s quite alright!
Of all the MMOs I’ve followed over the years, I can’t recall another developer that has worked so closely with fan sites. Bravo, Bioware!
