Three Jedi and a Trooper walk into a Flashpoint…
As Republic players complete their Origin World experience and head off-planet they are presented with their first Flashpoint run – The Esseles. Players can choose to skip this content and move on to Coruscant but we highly recommend hitting this instance/dungeon. The entire experience is damn fun, focuses on a story involving a Twi’lek Ambassador and finishes with a challenging boss battle against an evil foe.
And, of course, you won’t want to miss out on scooping up some lovely blue loots. Dive into the massive screenshot gallery below for a large taste of what to expect in The Esseles. The shots were grabbed by me (Jedi Guardian) as Jeff Hollis (Trooper Vanguard), and Zach and Alan (Sage & Shadow) from Mos Eisley Radio ran the Flashpoint at the recent Fan Site Summit at BioWare Austin.
Technically, I should point out that Jeff and I first tried to run The Esseles on our own, with Companions. The Eisley crew joined us a bit later in. The Jedi Guardian feels quite formidable but I still managed to die a few times. A challenge awaits even in your first Flashpoint. A full group and a player with a heal or two is recommended if you plan on clearing the place.
*Disclaimers/Spoiler Alert!: All stats shown are subject to change (and probably already have). If you do not wish to see a few minor plot points, Jedi Guardian training experiences and boss names and images – avoid this gallery.*

TORWars Podcast #152: The Terrors of Nuturing the SWTOR Community
I solo’d Esseles with my level 12 Medic Commando yesterday lol
Black Talong & Esseles are now 2 player level 10 flashpoints. But level 12 healer + companion seems to work.
And it’s a relief. Since it was hard to find 4 ppl at level 10 to do the damned flash before, even in beta weekends, you would need a healer.
