EDIT: Morie sent me an email today with an updated version of the Empire wallpaper. Some of you complained that the icon was from the Empire we know from the movies and not the Empire from SWTOR. Morie took this to heart and went back to the drawing board (literally) and put together a new wallpaper for you.
