Video: A Pokket Full of Voidstar Strategies

This is Pokket saying things. You can tell from the hand gestures that it's very interesting stuff indeed.

Last week, MMORPG.com posted a very positive review of Star Wars: The Old Republic, giving it an 8.7/10. This week, MMORPG’s Hillary ‘Pokket’ Nicole discusses several strategies for the Voidstar Warzone in the latest installment of her Game Face video series.

I’m not sure about you, but Voidstar is my least favorite warzone, especially since I’m still experiencing severe performance issues in Warzones. Even still, every time I’ve played the Voidstar, I’d run for a long while, only to be CC’ed and killed as soon as I see the opposing team. Don’t get me wrong, I die often in Warzones, but death on the Voidstar is not as entertaining as dying in an acid pit in Huttball, for example.

After watching this video though, once the framerate issues are solved, I feel a little more confident that I’ll at least know what to do before I inevitably die. For the avid PvPers out there looking for a few pointers, Pokket’s video is definitely worth a look. Leave us a comment below letting us know what you think of the video, and the Voidstar Warzone in general. Happy hunting, TORWarriors.

    Must be a slow newsday….

I dont mean to be rude, but… Pokket is the last person id look for regarding pvp strats or advice.

Taugrim does a better job than her, and gives advice from a real pvp player point of view.

mike, i don’t think the video’s intended for people who actually know what they’re doing already.

There’s probably a large player base who find this kind of thing incredibly useful,

and then there’s going to be experienced players like myself who think it’s all common sense…

      it’s a decent video considering it’s intentions
