When SWTOR 1.4 hit the PTS, it included new details about an Operation taking place on the planet Darvannis. Not much is known about this world, except that it is Hutt controlled. Since the Hutts are the primary antagonist of the upcoming Makeb expansion, Darvannis may be introduced at the same time.

We have recently received disturbing reports from the GenoHaradan. The GenoHaradan are, well, difficult to explain. Let’s just call them friends who have a way of getting information that we need when the SiS is unable or unwilling to assist.

The GenoHaradan report that the Hutt Cartel is using the planet Darvannis as a staging ground for a new army. They are inviting the galaxies most notorious mercenary armies to assemble and compete for a lucrative war contracts. This army will almost certainly be fielded against us, so we must put a stop their plans.

One of the major players on Darvannis is someone who calls himself the Shadow Dealer. Not much is known about his relation to the Hutts, but he appears to be an important part of their plans. The GenoHaradan Agent, [REDACTED], reported that he is very well armed and should be considered extremely dangerous. At his disposal are an Acklay and reports indicate he may have a Battledroid in his arsenal as well. You and your team should be prepared for even more surprises.

The Shadow Dealer is most certainly not the only high value target on Darvannis, in fact there are rumors of an advanced droid called the Colossus. Nothing more is known about it at this time but the SiS and GenoHaradan are actively searching for more details. There are also signs that the Dread Masters may be involved with Hutts, but so far our GenoHaradan friends have not been able to turn up concrete evidence. If they are involved, this situation just became even more dangerous.

Your job will be to infiltrate Darvannis and put a stop to the Hutts plans by any means necessary. We only know a little about what you will face, but it is of the utmost importance that the Hutts plans are not put into action. More details will be provided as they become available.
