BioWare posted late Friday afternoon that there has been an issue with subscribers not receiving their monthly Cartel Coin stipends. Global Online Community Manager Joveth Gonzalez took to the forums to let folks know that they have identified the issue and are working to resolve it.

Thanks everyone for letting us know that you have not yet received your Complimentary Cartel Coins.
We are aware that some players did not receive their subscriber reward Cartel Coins as expected this month, we’ve escalated this to our development team who are currently investigating the issue and who will make corrections to all affected accounts.
We’ve been advised that all players awaiting their grant should receive the coins due to them in the next 7 to 10 days.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in receiving your coins.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

You need to sub for at least a month to unlock that original run.
No. No need to buy coins… it should really be automatic. The coins are rewarded at the beginning of each new monthly sub period. So if you paid for six months… every 30 days you should receive more cartel coins.
i am starting to think the monthly allotment of coins for being a sub, is actually not enough.
I don’t expect i should be able to open up the market and buy anything i want, at any moment, but some of the stuff they are putting out costing 900+ is really turning me off to the whole idea, especially if they continue to not use a bind to legacy system.
I also want to add that if they put out coin cards in bestbuy / gamestop, i would be more opt to pull out my wallet and grab one every so often, especially with the special pets that were alluded to a few months back.
I think ~$5 worth is pretty standard, so this is more an issue with the pricing than anything else (huh, why does that sound familiar?).
I’ve had issues for two months in a row now, in respect to not receiving them on time. However, this months grant obviously has taken much longer than the last.
Never got any problems with cartel coins!
At the beginning I have not received the ones I should get, contacted CS and received it. Now more less I’m receiving them, although not always on right time.
Well, I got an email with the exact wording of your quote above in answer to a ticket put in game about CC’s (Mine should have come on the 19th of Jan …. but not yet.
Same here, mine usually arrive by the 21st. My ticket was answered with the exact wording in Joveth’s post. I hope they fix this soon, and maybe throw in a bit for those of us affected; after all, if I missed my sub payment by a week, they’d not let me stay online
I’ve so far not had a problem (crosses fingers!) and I’m a 6 month subber. TBH though there isn’t enough I want to use them for, I have bought the carbonite chamber on market opening day and the rancor holo when it was on sale a while back. Everything else cartel related I’ve bought on GTN for credits (pets, mounts, blaster, armour and a couple of social boosts today). I’ve also not even been tempted to buy any of the gambling packs, I still have 3040cc left.
I’m umming and ahhing over getting rocket boots because the credit costs are extortionate, but even that isn’t desperately needed and feels like I’m spending them for spending sake! Maybe one day I’ll get a ton of legacy unlocks but I’ll probably regret it once I do. I’m probably just a tight ass!
Sorry to go off topic, but whether I have them or not at this moment I don’t have much use for them.
I have to say of all items on the Cartel Market, the rocket boots were my must have’s. First its a 13 seconds of a massive speed boost even in FP or Ops where the speeder doesn’t work. They don’t break stealth (feels super cheaty, but i love it). You can start using them at level 1 for new alts. If you buy all 3 upgrades you get 13 seconds every 30 seconds, and its account wide. For a rough 600 CC coins whats not to like?
WOW!!! i have seen people using the boots but hadn’t considered buying them till u laid it out like that. i know what i’m doing when i get home

I had not problems with the coins so far. Now is the first month I didn’t receive them. I’m glad that it will be resolved (hopefully) soon.
I did not receive my Cartel Coins this month. I have been a subscriber from the beginning.
